Before establishing The Sandler Group, the executive coach served as the Director of Enrollment at the University of Phoenix, the General Manager of Productivity Point's San Diego office, and an associate partner at C.G. Wright & Associates, a San Diego-based consulting business. The executive coach and UC Berkeley graduate focused on corporate leadership while working for C.G. Wright & Associates. He supported businesses with issues like team execution, organizational change, and marketing and sales.

History of education

Leland Sandler earned a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1975. The former educator and executive coach obtained his bachelor's degree in history from UC Berkeley. After completing his studies in history at the University of California, Berkeley, he earned his secondary teaching credentials.

Seven years later, Sandler received a master's degree in education from San Francisco State University. He attended Pepperdine University in Los Angeles County after graduation from San Francisco State University. In 1988, he graduated from Pepperdine University with an MBA.

Leland Sandler dwells in Morrison, Colorado, a charming mountain community located ten miles west of Denver. Morrison, located in Jefferson County, is situated at the base of Bear Creek Canyon. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is the most well-known landmark in the city. The Red Rocks Amphitheatre is an open-air music venue built within the natural rock formations of the surrounding terrain.

Sandler has a range of interests and pastimes outside of his business and charitable work. Her interests include cross-country skiing, hiking, photography, reading, and short story writing.
